KITCHEN SHOW
        One dozen kitchen actions made public.

        Surreal and poignant, Bobby Baker's actions range
        from stirring tea to tossing spinach, sifting flour to
        bowling pears, elevating everyday moments of kitchen
        life to a hilarious and heightened poetic reality.

        Kitchen Show won the Time Out/Dance Umbrella
        Performance Award when it was first performed in
        Bobby's own kitchen during LIFT 1991, receiving
        unprecedented critical acclaimand media attention.

                   Touching, batty and seriously revealing.

Kitchen Show is performed in private and public 'guest' kitchens
        and has toured Britain, Europe, Australia, New Zealand
        and Canada. Funded by the Arts Council of England.
